Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the emergency towing, wrecker recovery, and roadside assistance services provided by Quick Towing And Wrecker Services LLC (TDLR Licensed Motor Carrier) headquartered at 3616 Sunnyvale St, Dallas, TX 75216.

1. Service Authorization and Ownership

By requesting towing or recovery service, you certify that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle, an authorized driver, an insurance representative, or a designated property agent with legal authority to authorize transport. Our drivers may request photo ID and vehicle registration proof prior to hooking or unlocking.

2. Rates and Payment Terms

All towing and roadside charges are quoted prior to dispatch based on vehicle category, mileage, and site conditions. Payment is due upon delivery of the vehicle or completion of roadside service. We accept major credit/debit cards, verified digital transfers, and cash.

3. Liability and Pre-Existing Conditions

Our operators conduct a thorough pre-tow visual inspection and capture timestamped photo documentation of pre-existing collision, mechanical, or cosmetic damage. Quick Towing is fully bonded and carries $2,000,000 in garage keepers and on-hook cargo insurance to protect your vehicle against in-transit damage.
